1 Introduction and Acceptance

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 477u platform and all its services. By creating an account on 477u or using the platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the 477u platform. 477u reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

To open an account and use services on 477u, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be a resident of Bangladesh and online gaming must be lawful in your area.
• You may have only one account in your name. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To open an account on 477u, you must provide accurate personal information. If any false or misleading information is given at the time of registration, the account may be cancelled and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you share your password with someone else and a financial loss results, 477u will not be held responsible. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Where required, 477u may request your National ID (NID), passport or other government-issued documents to verify your identity. 477u reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until the verification process is complete.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payment Policy

4.1 Deposit Rules

477u currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum amount for each deposit is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit up to ৳5,000. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:

• A wagering requirement of 10x must be met to use the bonus.
• Bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• The bonus will be cancelled in cases of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.

5.2 Ongoing Promotions

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets on 477u are final and cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed. If a bet is not recorded due to a technical error, it will be considered void.

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football and kabaddi. A bet may be cancelled in the following circumstances:

• If a match is cancelled or postponed.
• If incorrect odds are published.
• If evidence of match fixing or any other irregularity is found.

6.3 Live Casino and Slots

Live casino and slot games are operated by third-party software providers. The results of these games are determined by a random number generator (RNG) and are completely fair. If a connection is lost, the game result will be stored on the provider's server.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 477u:

• Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Placing artificial bets to exploit the bonus system.
• Using software bots or automated methods to play games.
• Attempting to introduce hacking, viruses or malicious code into the platform.
• Placing bets in collusion with other users.

8 VIP Program and Cashback

477u's VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your gaming activity and overall contribution to the platform. Cashback is credited at a set time each week. VIP benefits are subject to promotion terms and conditions and may be changed by 477u at any time.

• At your own request.

13 Limitation of Liability
